Easily create those restaurant sear marks on any cut of meat or vegies. The cooking grates are made from a commercial grade quality steel with the rods measuring 8mm thick. The exclusive Five Onyx PRO Burners are each hand crafted out of a 304 stainless steel and deliver a powerful 70,000 BTUs. The burners measure 3mm think which is excellent for both low and slow cooking but also perfect for intense high temperature cooking.
