The metal Manta Ray Fire Pit can be purchased with wood burning or gas burning components and match lit or electronic ignition can be added. This fire pit features a living finish and will mature into a rusted, weathered state over time for a low maintenance, architectural piece that will virtually last forever. Your Manta Fire Pit will arrive in a raw, natural state and will begin to mature once exposed to the outdoor elements. This is a natural, organic process of mild steel as it develops a reddish, brown patina. As your steel fire pit matures, do not tarp the steel as this may cause the color of the tarp to transfer to the metal, will blacken the patina, and prevent the oxidation process from completing. During the ripening of your fire pit, keep clear of debris such as wet leaves until the steel matures.
Match Lit System: Comes with a patented Stainless Steel Penta burner designed by HPC, a burner that provides a more natural fire appearance such as a campfire and generates about 200k BTUs in warmth.
