CHANNEL BENCH

The Channel Bench is a beautiful combination of metal with a contrast of IPE hardwood blended together to form a striking standout modern piece. The ends are seamlessly welded for a flawless finish, choose form a high-quality corten steel, mild steel with a natural rust patina, or a premium marine grade aluminum. The IPE wood used for the bench's seat is treated with a U.V. protect-ant natural wood finish you can choose to treat yearly or let it weather naturally to a silvery gray.

IPE or (Brazilian Walnut) is one of the densest hardwoods available and is three times harder than cedar, its durable characteristics are ideal to withstand outdoor environments. Whether you use a single Channel Bench in a garden corner or several throughout a large project this contemporary bench will be an elegant addition to your patio design. This bench can also be fitted for optional surface mounts for anchoring to surfaces a good option for commercial applications.

Channel Bench Finish Options:

Aluminum- The aluminum used to make this bench is high quality marine grade 5052 alloy. The properties of this aluminum alloy make it really strong yet light weight, a rust free material that is made to endure all outdoor environments. This aluminum is great for use in corrosive coastal areas and comes in 8 standard powder coat finishes as well as the oxidized zinc patina finish.
Corten Steel- The Corten steel option is made from a 606 alloy. This durable steel is commonly used for commercial projects and other architectural elements. This ultra durable material is perfect for all outdoor environments because if its protective weathering qualities. Corten is only available in a natural rust finish this steel will continue to patina and change with time.
Mild Steel- The mild steel option for this bench is made from a hot rolled mild steel. This steel offers a more cost effective solution and like corten steel will develop a beautiful rustic finish. Mild steel is great for all outdoor environments and will continue to patina and develop. Mild steel is only available in a natural rust finish.

Note: Natural rust steel will transfer and bleed color to light surfaces. It is not recommended to use this option if staining is a concern.

Powder Coated Aluminum and Natural Rust Steel products have a 5 year limited warranty on their structure. The finish on the Powder Coated Aluminum containers have a 3 year limited warranty. The warranty on wood products is 1 year. In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase and a sales receipt verifying the date. The manufacturer, at its option, may repair or replace the product to good working condition by using new or refurbished components. If repair is not possible, we will replace or refund the items when applicable. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the product prior to replacement or repair of the product.
