If the propane tank option is chosen there is convenient concealed access door for this in the base of the frame. This gas fire pit table is excellent for entertaining guests in either a commercial lounge or backyard patio setting.

The warranty period begins at the time of purchase which is a 1 year warranty for residential and 6 month warranty if used for commercial. This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original Owner/Purchaser. There is no warranty on the stone tops because the majority of failure is due to user misuse. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. Warranty does not apply to any damage or deterioration caused by: abuse or misuse, loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by unauthorized modification, accidental damages, scuffs or scratches, improper installation, negligence or damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning, custom paint colors, improper storage conditions, lightening, or natural disasters.
